Refund Policy

At EnVogue Wellness & IV Solutions, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a service, package, or product purchase has been completed.

If a patient is determined to be medically ineligible for a treatment or procedure following a consultation with our medical provider, a refund will be issued for that specific service only.

For all other cases, no refunds will be provided. However, a credit may be issued toward another service of equal or lesser value at the discretion of EnVogue Wellness management.

All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable but may be applied toward future treatments within 90 days, unless otherwise stated in a written promotional offer.
