3. Medical Evaluation

A thorough medical evaluation by a licensed nurse practitioner is required before beginning any treatment. We reserve the right to deny service based on health assessments.

4. Appointments

Appointments can be made online or via phone or text. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

5. Payment

A deposit may be required to book appointments. All services must be paid in full at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, Zelle, Care Credit and Klarna.

While we aim to provide safe and effective treatments, all medical procedures carry risks. By using our services, you acknowledge understanding the potential risks and benefits.
